Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Please Note:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Bath products (including all bath accessories)
  • Candles & Hurricanes (due to fragrance testing)
  • Books (once opened)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Family Flair Customer Service, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: – Size/Color: – Quantity: – Reason for Return/Exchange: [For exchanges only] I would like to exchange for: – New Item Name: – New Size/Color: Please let me know the next steps. Thank you, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in US Dollars
