Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every member of your family to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to shop with confidence.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bath products (including all bath accessories)
  • Candles & Hurricanes (due to fragrance testing)
  • Books (once opened)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and ship to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
